Our Work Gallery
How it works:
Contact us with a list of parts you would like coated and colors for each part. We will quote your order, discuss lead time (usually 5 -10 days) and delivery options. Find a range of Cerakote colors below (99% of the time we use Cerakote H-Series).
The Process:
We carefully disassemble each part, clean them free of any dirt, debris and oils. All parts are then sandblasted with a special aluminum oxide to slightly rough them up for coating. Then we bake each part to ensure there is no leftover oil residue. Parts are then sprayed with cerakote and baked again to achieve a long lasting durable finish.
What is Cerakote:
Cerakote is a ceramic-based finish that is known for its durability, performance and excellent heat dispersion. It's applied to a variety of materials including metals, plastics, polymers and wood. Sprayed at .0005-.001 thickness, Cerakote is thread safe and far lighter than powder coating.
